What about the prime minister, the Cabinet

[What should the ministers and generals do about the president's pro-wives coup?]

These days, Intel CPU performance is so low that I use more PCs with AMD CPUs, and as of 10, 20, or 2024, AMD PC's I/O interface instability remains.

It's not a hardware fault, it seems to be a driver issue. It's a typical symptom of AMD that lacks low-level software support, and it's common on AMD PCs.

I'm working hard again today, but the I/O interface is down several times.
Of course, it's not just a single PC
.

AMD's AI semiconductor MI300 performance is much lower than expected, and it seemed to be a lack of low-level software technology. Even if you design your hardware well, if you lack the low-level software technology to support it, you will not be able to perform well.

AMD always had bad software support 10, 20, 30, 40 years ago.
AMD has never had good software support in its history.

Even in their main business, CPU family, low-level software support is still a mess 40 years ago and now,
ATI, which was acquired in the mid-2000s, was also known for its poor driver quality.

There are still a lot of analysts wondering why Intel servers are selling well, and for these reasons, there are so many people who reject AMD..

Intel CPU doesn't perform so well with the foundry, so I have no choice but to use AMD... I really want to stop using AMD products now

Everyone... AMD CPU has good performance, not because AMD designed it well, but because Intel foundry performance is too poor

What about the prime minister, the Cabinet members, and the top military officials who have been ordered to do when the president uses the military and police to extend his power, or to secure his absolute power, to force parliament to do so in lieu of civilian trials? DEAR TORN: It's a difficult question, to determine the existence of a public official. Is it best to obediently follow the will of the superiors and just say, "There are many concerns?" But that's not the best, it's not the best, it's not the best, it's not the right, it's the worst.

The same is true this time. The prime minister said he didn't know anything before 8 p.m. on Dec. 3. How can he make an excuse by saying he didn't know about Choi Soon-sil when he had regular meetings with the president and had a lot of information? Hwang Kyo-ahn also said he didn't know anything about Choi Soon-sil when he was prime minister. Is that an excuse? Not knowing about it becomes an important reason to quit the prime minister's job.

Some also said they were "deterred" and "concerned" about the president's declaration of emergency martial law. How secretly and for how long has the president prepared, would you stop with just one or two words? Then you have to flatly reject it, and then resign to make it clear.

In this case, Yoo Hyuk, the inspector general of the Ministry of Justice, resigned. Military law officers agreed and said no. Only then will you be on the side of the Constitution's guardian, not the civil war sympathizer.

Here are two examples of the behavior of top officials.

1. Two distinct examples emerge from the 1952 Busan Political Revolt. Syngman Rhee declares an emergency martial law, orders army chief Lee Jong-chan to send troops to Busan.

Lee Jong-chan convenes an emergency staff meeting and issues a command called <Shout to the Army Chief>. He refuses to send troops to the president's political tools, concluding that "to take out the troops from the war and send the military to the political battlefield in the rear is the way to ruin the country's involvement in politics, abandoning the sacred duty of national defense." He refuses to send troops to the president's political tools, saying, "If anyone rides on the political shift and forgets the nature of the military and the duty of the soldier and engages in political affairs, it will leave an indelible stain in the history of the founding army, and the fate of the country on the brink of chaos will be plunged into the abyss of destruction at once."

Syngman Rhee interrogates Chief of Staff Lee Jong-chan's order to refuse dispatch of troops as "retalent to the country and against the president," and even orders the Army Chief of Staff to "annihilate the chief of staff who refused the order." (There were military coups of 5.16 Park Chung-hee and 5.17 Jeon Doo-hwan afterwards, but some veterans risked their positions and lives to resist unconstitutional emergency martial law.)

2. In 1952, then-Vice President Kim Sung-soo filed a protest against Rhee Syng-man's declaration of emergency martial law. His resignation petition said, "I did not expect that the Chief Executive of the Republic of Korea would even act as treason to completely destroy his resignation. Then, he declared an illegal emergency martial law in Busan, the temporary capital, which had no conditions for emergency martial law, and fabricated a false accusation that it was related to the so-called International Communist Party, and committed an act of arrest and imprisonment of more than 50 lawmakers who could not be arrested under martial law. What is this not a rebellious coup that overthrew the national constitution and usurped sovereignty?" Vice President Kim Sung-soo also resigned as vice president, making it clear to the public that it was a rebellious coup.

3. As for the president's declaration of an unconstitutional, illegal, and insurgent emergency martial law, the chief executive of the Cabinet and the military is
Extraordinary!!!
We have to fight back!!!
I do. "Your Excellency, I have a lot of concerns about the impact on the economy. Please advise me." It's hard to say, but I can't take back a president who's already made a firm decision. At the very least, we need to confront it with "sabotage," "reject" illegal orders, and "externally" announce their illegality.

4. In that respect, Han Dong-hoon also behaved very well. He immediately informed his Facebook page 20 minutes after declaring martial law, "The president's declaration of emergency martial law is wrong. I will prevent it with the people." He almost made a life-threatening decision, announced it to the outside world, and asked members of his own party to come to the National Assembly. Those at the top of the administration and military have never made such a decision.

5. Kim Yong-hyun, the defense minister, said yesterday that Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun made the proposal to Prime Minister Han Deok-soo first. Although Kim chose a strategy to go after Han, Han's accusation became even more apparent. The police should immediately and strictly investigate Han. 1) When did you know about the planned declaration of martial law? 2) 12. 3. Have you pretended not to know even though you knew about it? 3) Let's convene State Council members to listen to their opinions. At least, it is not easy to get rid of the suspicion that the main agent in charge of rebellion is involved. This is why he made a statement to paralyze the Constitutional Court.

6. Overall, the nation's top civil servants, generals, did not create this position to be honored by their own families. They were given the opportunity to protect in times of need, when the constitutional order was destroyed. Their duties include actions and omissions. Even now, you must actively cooperate in impeachment proceedings, humbly reflecting on your failure to do so. You can never forgive a barely held position if it is used as an impeachment shield.
