In the United States, you have to choose a college major well to make a living, and in many cases, what you majored in is more important than what college you graduated from.

Below is the ranking of college majors with the lowest annual salary for office workers five years after graduating from college. In other words, they are college majors with the lowest annual salary.

If you major in STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, there is a difference in your job, but finding a job itself is no problem, and you get two or three times more than below based on office workers who have graduated from college five years ago.

Originally, in the United States, it was common to go to college and get a job, but now young people can't find a decent job, and everything, including rent, is too expensive. So these days, there are quite a few people who live with their parents even after getting older.

Whether it's a man or a woman, it's hard to get married here and financially difficult for the rest of your life if you don't have to cover yourself properly. Even if parents are rich, it's important for each person to take responsibility for their lives, and for marriage to be held together by people who can live independently.

If you rest at home and rely on the other person's income without economic activity, it is easy to become poor together unless one person's income can cover both of them. If you have children there, it is easy to invest in children, and if you do something wrong, you will lose the competition later.

In the previous post, a family of four should earn $300,000 a year to manage to live comfortably in a large city. If you get a job with STEM, you can earn about $150,000 at the age of two children, so if you two earn it, it's about $300,000, but if you want to earn it alone, you need to code at a known company in a doctor, a Wall Street investment company, a lawyer, or STEM.

The United States is becoming a society where there is no middle ground. Sometimes I think that the biggest threat to the United States is neither China nor North Korea, but social unrest caused by economic inequality.
