The president's delusions are patient-level! He refutes Yoon Suk Yeol's delusions of fraudulent elections one by one!

President Yoon Suk Yeol's handwritten "A Letter to the People" was released on the 15th when he was arrested on charges of the head of a rebellion. I was surprised by the level of delusion of the president after reading the article that he wrote all night in the early days of the new year.

Much of the article was devoted to the "conspiracy theory of fraudulent elections," and he said, "The overall fraudulent election system was operated in Korea's elections," adding, "We declared martial law because we judged this situation to be a national emergency equivalent to wartime and incident."

Yoon effectively identified the DP as an anti-state force that ``won'' seats in the National Assembly through election rigging. Furthermore, he claimed that they are establishing a massive rigged election system in solidarity with international organizations. It is in the same vein as conspiracy theorists' claims of deep-state or intervention in China and North Korea, but of course, there is no basis.

The president's claims of "unlawful election" are full of lies, and I'll weigh them one by one.

President: "Many bodies that were stabbed to death have been found, and the failure to identify the killer does not mean that there were no murders and that it is a normal natural death. In a normal rule of law, you should actively ask the investigation agency to investigate and everyone should cooperate to find the culprit."

Make a reasonable analogy. They likened rigged elections to murder, and who were the victims of the murder? Are they the people's power candidates who failed in the general election? Then, have they ever filed a lawsuit against them for failing in rigged elections? After the 2020 general elections, there have been no candidates other than Min Kyung-wook and Hwang Kyo-ahn who said they had been rigged, so what murder happened?  

Not a normal rule of law? Because of conspiracy theorists, investigations and lawsuits continued countless times. 216 lawsuits were filed and all were dismissed in connection with the 2020 general election alone. There was no single fraudulent election. Both the prosecution and the police's investigation concluded that they were not guilty or innocent. It is just an extreme denial that the court and the prosecution are all rotten because the results that conspiracy theorists wanted are not coming out.

President: "The election commission's sham system has also been exposed... not only does it make any effort to correct it, even though the election commission's computer system is unprotected against hacking and manipulation, and far below the standard of normal state agency computer systems..."

The president has been blindly blaming the election watchdog's computer system for its laxity in October 2023, which is a perfect lie. The National Assembly's audit and inspection revealed how sloppy the NIS' security inspection was at the time, which can be summed up as follows.

The NIS first attempted to infiltrate the computer network without the NEC's knowledge, but was blocked by the NEC's 24-hour security control system and was unable to penetrate the system. In response, the NIS said, "In this way, we cannot inspect the system," and demanded that the security level be released. After all, the inspection was conducted after the NEC provided the system configuration, source code, and access manager account, which are the core of the security. If you compare it to a house, you turned off the security system, gave the password of the front door, and gave the design map, and conducted a simulation test. This hacking was done, and the NIS announced that it was possible to manipulate voter rolls and vote counting through hacking, but it also explained that there was no basis for fraudulent elections, as if the NIS was embarrassed at the time.

The election watchdog took measures to supplement all the matters pointed out in the security inspection, including setting passwords, right before the 22nd general election, and there was no single error in the last general election due to the process of checking the number of votes added during the counting process. But does the president sell constitutional institutions with this kind of criminal delusion?

President: "Tremendous fake ballots have been found in ballot box checks in election lawsuits... and a fraudulent election system with digital systems and fake ballot input is not something a country's inexperienced political forces can try and push for on their own."

They become hopeless at the level of a president who blindly believes in the existence of a 'fake ballot' that conspiracy theorists claim. In July 2022, the Supreme Court ruling on candidate Min Kyung-wook's election invalidation lawsuit against Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, had already made all the assessments on the ballot, claiming that it was a 'fake ballot', and it was concluded that it was not a fabricated ballot.

At that time, the plaintiff (Min Kyung-wook) claimed that it was a forged ballot, and 122 ballots were selected for appraisal, including a stiff ballot with no signs of folding, a ballot administrator stamped with a crushed seal, a different margin on the left and right sides of the ballot, a trace of adhesive, and a part that should be printed in black in a different color.

At that time, the appraiser newspaper was conducted two times, and even the appraiser selected one of the two recommended by the plaintiff. As a result, there was not a single case of being judged as a forged ballot.

Let's look at the cases that claimed to be 'fake ballots'

1) a stiff ballot paper with no signs of folding

- It is absurd to claim that the ballot was forged because there was no trace of folding. In the last general election, I also tried to roll it up slightly so that there were no signs of folding, but is this a manipulation of the ballot? Regarding this absurd claim, the court even used a microscope to confirm it, and traces of folding were found in many of the ballots selected as "no signs of folding." However, it was grouped into 100 sheets after the counting was completed, and it only looked stiff in appearance after a considerable period of time. Of course, there were some votes that were confirmed to have no signs of folding, but it was also based on the voter's tendency and could not be regarded as a forged ballot.  

2) a ballot paper with some damaged or sticky foreign matter on it

- All of these were examples from out-of-office early voting sites, and when the elector puts the ballot in a return envelope and puts it into the ballot box, it is delivered to the competent committee by registered mail and the return envelope is opened during the counting process. In this process, it was determined that there was a possibility that the adhesive applied to the envelope could get on the ballot paper, and foreign substances could also get on the roll paper label or items used at the time of counting. In the process of opening the envelope containing the ballot paper using scissors, etc., the ballot paper may be damaged or partially cut off. Emotional sentiment
