The prosecution should listen to the public without abusing their power. However, the prosecution applied for an extension to the court by invoking a bad excuse. The prosecution has already shown its shamelessness to conduct an investigation even though the prosecution agency has handed over enough data to serve as a prosecutor. The court, knowing the inside story, declared no extension.
