2) Infrastructure investment for future industries should focus on Honam, North Gyeongsang, and Gangwon in the long run. PV and offshore wind power should be developed in Honam, while land and offshore wind power should be developed in Gyeongbuk and Gangwon, and related industrial complexes should be developed together for a long time.

It is dangerous for most people to have 80 percent of their assets tied to real estate due to overcrowding in the Seoul metropolitan area. Now, a long-term strategy must be devised with bold imagination.
