One-third may be criticized, but speaking out...

I think the decision by the Airborne Service to suspend the execution of the arrest warrant for Yoon Suk Yeol at 1:30 p.m. today was "not wrong."

According to the back briefing of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, 200 soldiers were wearing human bands around the official residence building, and the security guards were armed. It is said that more than 10 car walls have been built. Objectively, the Yoon Suk Yeol had a force with superior firepower than the combined 30 officials from the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and 150 police personnel.

In that state, what judgment should the commander of the airborne or the commander in the field make? Do we have to physically penetrate?

Who will be responsible if bloodshed occurs in the process? I think that could be the basis for declaring emergency martial law, and that would be the scenario that Yoon Suk Yeol wants the most.

Some are also wrong in criticizing the police for leaving the security services alone while suppressing workers. The abuse of public power, which was cracked down on by causing bloodshed on labor unions and workers in the past, should never happen again and has nothing to do with the heavy failure to execute arrest warrants today.

However, criticism is due for the fact that the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit did not anticipate today's situation in executing the arrest warrant.

The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit booked Park Jong-joon and senior security officials as suspects for obstructing the execution of special public affairs, and immediately requested their attendance tomorrow. Refusing to attend the event provides grounds for the court to bring an arrest warrant or a preliminary arrest warrant. It follows the procedure.

Since then, other security officials who interfere with the Yoon Suk Yeol's attempt to execute an arrest warrant by reorganizing their lines have also collected evidence today, which is the basis for arrest at the scene.

Soldiers fighting for independence or territorial rights are not in this situation today. There is no reason to risk your life to penetrate, and there is no reason to risk your life to stop it.  

Let's denounce those who ignore the law. Let's not make excessive accusations beyond expressing frustration at those who follow procedures and rules. It is right to prepare and implement measures to prevent bloodshed as much as possible even if it takes time.  

The Democratic Party of Korea made a comment, but I will express my opinion in the next article on how to respond specifically and how the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit will execute the next arrest warrant.
