The front lines of the impeachment war are gathering in the Constitutional Court. Unfortunately, the odds of the Constitutional Court battle are not high.

The Samcheok boy knows that the constitutional trial is a political judgment. But the political direction is not very friendly.

One reason.
If you look at the personnel composition of the Constitutional Court, it is clear that conservatism has the upper hand, but in fact, the result of the judgment is the opposite.

In fact, conservative legal professionals in Korea lean a lot on the left-wing legal philosophy. Instead of judging the severity of the crime by emphasizing the form and procedure of the action, they value the purpose or outcome more.
For example, it is not about what weapon was used and what the movement was, but whether there was a criminal intent, and whether the result was murder or not.
This is not a liberal legal philosophy.
Far from the truth, it is easy for a judgment close to a novel to come out.

This type of left-wing legal philosophy has long been established in the legal profession in Korea.
That's what happened during the Park Geun Hye presidential decision.

Even now, even the so-called conservative judge does not agree with the constitutional spirit that martial law is the president's own authority. That's why he looks shaken by false news such as a media-manipulated sham, a Lotteria meeting, a gun, or a north wind. It is important how much the hearts of TV viewers fluctuate at that time.

Second, public opinion plays an important role in political struggle as much as the ideological orientation of the actor.
It is a well-known fact that the media, which is the main agent of public opinion, is leaning toward the left. Cho Jung-dong, which is loved by our nation's learned class, is also leaning seriously toward it.

They ignore the meaning of the head of state in the reality of Korea by hanging their necks on the separation of powers. The left's parliamentary dictatorship is called democracy. It is a huge misreading of democracy and has no intellectual self-indulgence.

Perhaps it is because the hard right, self-proclaimed rational conservatism, which ignores the specific environment of freedom in the Republic of Korea, is the mainstream. I think it is because of the ignorance of equating liberalism with laissez-faire.

The terrain surrounding the constitutional trial is at a disadvantage, but it's not a game.

The president, the main player, is 100 percent per day.
Awakened intellectuals and legal professionals are coming out one after another.
Leftists are crossing the line. Violence, violations are being committed.
The public, including the Taegeukgi, is waking up.
Presidential approval ratings are rebounding.

Rocks are hard to move, but once they start rolling, they can't stop easily.

Finally, I would like to present a tweezers tactic to win the battle of the Constitutional Court.

We should not forget Seo Ki-seok, Cho Yong-ho, and Ahn Chang-ho, who were recommended by President Park during the impeachment of President Park Geun Hye. They are more sinful than Yoo Seung Min, but they are now thriving. KBS chairman, Chung-Ang University law school professor, and chairman of the National Human Rights Commission.

What would the junior judges Jeong Hyeong-sik, Kim Bok-hyung, and Cho Han-chang think about after seeing their comfortable lives?

The right wing of Korea is too generous to traitors and neglects the comrade. That is the key reason for the losing streak.

President Yoon is no exception.
Even as soon as I write this article, I wonder why I'm so obsessed with them.
