President Moon Jae In accepted the resignation of Attorney General Cho Kuk on October 14, 2019.
Cho already offered his resignation to the president on Sep. 9, when he received a letter of appointment as the minister. The acceptance of the resignation was only a matter of time, so why Oct. 14 remains.
