Don't even think about investing in stocks and becoming like Warren Buffett. Very few people are so successful. You have to think probabilistic and realistic. False thoughts cause destruction.

You have to think about the millions of people who kick the can and live miserable lives. Because they have a much higher chance of becoming like them.

If I were a genius like Warren Buffett, I should have already been very rich at the age of 46. So if I had less than 10 billion won in assets, I would be 1,000 times closer to those who went bankrupt than I was to Warren Buffett. In other words, the probability of going bankrupt is 1,000 times higher than that of Buffett.

So you should try not to do that, thinking only of the bankrupt.

Bankruptcy occurs when you lose your reason. Why will you lose your reason? It depends on the person, but if you lose about 20% of your total assets, you lose your reason. The idea of recovering the loss quickly leads to dangerous behavior.

So never, ever, ever lose 20%. What do you do to do that? Never, never, ever lose more than 10%.

If you have a 10% asset loss, you shouldn't bet on a large amount until you recover that 10% asset loss to a very small amount.

Let's say, for example, a person whose entire fortune is 300 million won lost 30 million won. If you lose 60 million won, you will lose your reason, but until you lose 30 million won, your reason is still intact. Because a 10% loss is not a fatal loss. There is not much difference between 300 million and 270 million. They are similar amounts.

Now, we must do our best to keep 270 million won. Separate 270 million won from 10 million won and sell it for only 10 million won.

If you make 2 million won from 10 million won, sell it for 20 million won then. If you make 4 million won, sell it for 40 million won. If you make 8 million won, sell it for 8,000. If you make 1,600 won, sell it for 160 million. If you make 3,200 won, your money will be restored.
