Excellent employees have moved to better places. Some employees are going down to their hometowns because of their health. So I picked two people at the same time.
Resume came in a lot in an instant. The situation is different from a few years ago. During COVID-19, developers were in short supply. Resume didn't come in well. Right now, I have so many resumes that I have to turn over several pages of web pages.
Let's share some of what we learned while hiring employees.
1) The best SPAC is to live nearby.
=> For those who live far away, use a filter. Only those who live an hour away from work are selected. Too far away from work can be a bad job. A company that can work continuously should be able to commute an hour from work. If you quit as soon as you choose one, there is no reason to choose one. People who want to go to work from far away can easily quit even if they choose one. There is no reason to take such a risk.
2) You have to pick it as if you're losing money.
=> If you feel like the employee is losing money, filter it. In a way, it looks better to make a deal where the other party loses money and I gain. But it's better to make a deal where I lose money. If the other party loses money, it doesn't last long either. If the employee leaves soon, the recruitment of the staff will be delayed by several more months. We have to hire people again and train them... It's a huge loss. Existing employees have to suffer very much due to lack of manpower. I like transactions that make me lose a little. For example, I like someone who lacks skills and has no experience in non-majors. They give such people a better treatment than SPACs. Then they will last longer. That's unconditionally better. The longer an employee works, the greater the profit.
3) Hire a young man.
=> If you are king, hire a young man. The tax benefits are great. Each new employee can receive up to 15.5 million won in tax benefits. The younger you were, the stronger your responsibility and sincerity. Of course, there are aspects of lack of experience and lack of skills due to this. In our company, skills are not that important, so youth employment is unconditionally advantageous.
