December 3rd that I slept deeply.

It was the first time since the martial law on December 3rd that I slept deeply. I felt refreshed after sleeping late at night without waking up at all. This is because I finally felt relieved after hearing that a Yoon Suk Yeol, a mobster, was arrested and prosecuted yesterday. Half of the democratic citizens of Korea must have felt the same way.

The rebellion and some of the leaders have been caught, but some of the leadership levels remain. It also occupies key positions in the government, including acting president, prime minister, and ministers. It is urgent to limit its authority to the extent that it is Paris' life, but it is still too big to have. The rebellion is not just to prevent obstruction of the investigation, including the advocacy of the gangsters or the destruction of evidence. This is because there may be personnel changes or budget changes before a new government is established.

In particular, the authority should be strictly suspended from exercising personnel management rights, which will be subject to consequences for a long time. There are many cases where nomination procedures for key government posts or candidates for agency head have been suspended due to civil strife in the personnel management process. All of them went through a formal procedure called public offering, but in reality, almost all of them were appointed from Kim Geon-hee, Yoon Suk Yeol and Yongsan. That is not normal. They should never be appointed. They are no different from the heads of the Independence Hall of Korea in pro-Japanese group and Lee Jin-sook, chairman of the Korea Communications Standards Commission. The ongoing personnel appointments should be withdrawn altogether. There should be no more appointments for new agency heads or important posts under the Lee administration.

While thinking about the issue of personnel management rights, there is another thought that suddenly comes to mind. What ruinous consequences will the wrong personnel appointments bring? Isn't the personnel appointments of the Park Moon Jae In administration regarding the prosecutor's Yoon Suk Yeol proving it? Was the personnel appointments for the prosecutor's Moon Jae In fair in the last government? Wasn't Yoon Seok-yeol, who was boasting of 'fairness', the person who received the greatest unfair preferential treatment? Wasn't he a person who thrived on unfair personnel favors? On May 22, 2017, President Park Moon Jae In appointed Kim Yoon Suk Yeol, the prosecutor of the Daejeon High Prosecutor's Office, as the head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office. It was a surprise promotion.

The chief of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office is the chief prosecutor, but due to his importance, he assumed the post at the senior prosecutor's level. The Moon Jae In administration, however, skipped a few steps and promoted the chief prosecutor's office to the senior prosecutor's level. He even downgraded the position of the chief prosecutor to the senior prosecutor's office and appointed a senior prosecutor. The Yoon Suk Yeol said the reason was to focus on the proper investigation without paying attention to the appointees or external influences, such as the government or the political circles, but is there any guarantee that the senior prosecutor-level office will be affected by politics and not by the senior prosecutor-level office? Those are lame excuses that make people laugh. He was obviously a great man for Yoon Suk Yeol.

During the Prosecutor General's Office, Yoon Suk Yeol was said to be disappointed, saying, "If I had graduated from the Military Academy, I would have taken power by playing a coup d'état as a lieutenant colonel like Kim Jong-pil." Perhaps, the desire to create a dictatorship even by playing a coup d'état in Yoon Suk Yeol is likely to have been conceived through such an extraordinary high-speed promotion. As everyone knows, after that, Yoon Suk Yeol was appointed as Prosecutor General on July 25, 2019, and he won a victory.

After all, a Yoon Suk Yeol of a high prosecutor has been promoted to the head of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office and succeeded as the prosecutor general because of Kim Park Geun Hye's impeachment. The National Park Geun Hye passed the impeachment motion in the National Assembly on December 9, 2016. However, the Yoon Suk Yeol did nothing to contribute to the impeachment of Kim Park Geun Hye except that he worked as a hands-on investigator for independent counsel Choi Soon-sil gate. It was citizens who participated in the candlelight revolution that impeached Kim Park Geun Hye, not Yoon Suk Yeol and Park Young-soo's team.

How could a high prosecutor named Yoon Suk Yeol, who made no contribution to both the candlelight revolution and the impeachment of the Park Geun Hye, make a huge leap forward as the chief of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office and the prosecutor general? There are many suspicions. It is no different from senior prosecutor Lee Dae-hwan, who is in charge of the emergency investigation TF team under the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit chief Oh Dong-woon, being promoted to the chief of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office and became the prosecutor general. Who would be convinced by such a personnel appointment?

In any case, the Yoon Suk Yeol became president and became a rebellion lump, putting the country and the people in danger because of the sharp promotion from a high prosecutor to the chief of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office. What was the reason for giving preferential treatment to a great prosecutor and letting him ride a bullet taxi as the chief of the Central District Prosecutors' Office and the prosecutor general?

Once the insurgents have been fired and executed, the suspicions must be brought to light. Only then will they be able to stop the rarefied monster like Yoon Suk Yeol from retaking power. Isn't it horrible just to think about the next Yoon Suk-yeol? So first of all, we need to hurry up and suspend the personnel management rights of the government dominated by the remnants of the rebellion.
