Shortly after the inauguration of the Kim

Shortly after the inauguration of the Kim Young-sam administration in 1993, it was announced that the inter-Korean summit would be promoted. Kim Young-sam's announcement was greatly welcomed because the unification of East and West Germany took place just in time in 1990, and up until then, inter-Korean unification was a national task and the number of people who supported inter-Korean reconciliation far exceeded the absolute majority.

However, the announcement that the inter-Korean summit would not be pursued was immediately followed. It was strange that a presidential envoy was sent to China to engage in secret talks with the North Korean side. For reference, diplomatic relations with China were established in 1992.

Since then, the South Korean government has frequently unilaterally criticized North Korea. Many experts analyzed that the North Korean side destroyed the inter-Korean summit. However, things began to happen that were doubtful. Agenda that fundamentally denied national unification and inter-Korean reconciliation suddenly began to be raised.

The first was the issue of unification costs. Rumors that the cost would be astronomical if unification was achieved began to spread around reports in all media. The timing was suspicious.

North Korea's economic difficulties followed by Itshu. In fact, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, North Korea's economic difficulties were very serious. For example, the images of North Korea taken by the Yalu River on the Chinese side were disastrous. The term flower swallow has been popular for a while. Due to its influence, the issue of unification costs has shown national persuasiveness. This was also strange. The worst economic crisis in North Korea was in 1991 and 1992, and the devastation of North Korea was not very known at that time.

Another Itshu, or North Korean human rights issue, was raised in depth and extensively after that. In order to maintain the hereditary dynasty, North Korea was extremely suppressing the human rights of the North Korean people. This was also a strange thing. This is because when the inter-Korean summit was held with the inauguration of the Kim Dae Jung government, there were not many social Itshus that could hinder inter-Korean reconciliation.

Anyone with as much insight now would have easily noticed that the series of events mentioned above would not have happened by accident. It did. The forces behind it who attempted to impede national unification and inter-Korean reconciliation must have acted secretly and persistently.

Unfortunately for the future of the nation and the future of the country, the persistent initiatives of the forces behind it have produced great results. The proportion of people who believe that national reunification is essential has decreased significantly. Among young people, the proportion has decreased even lower.

In fact, the things that hinder the reconciliation of the two Koreas, which are essential for peaceful unification of the people, soon began to take place. For example, under the Lee Myung Bak regime, the hard-won tourism of Geumgangsan Mountain, such as Chung Ju-yung dragging 1,000 cows to North Korea, was abolished. The Kaesong Industrial Complex, which was built and operated well at a high cost to South Korea, was suddenly closed under the Park Geun Hye regime that followed. Apart from direct losses from domestic companies that invested in the Kaesong Industrial Complex, the extreme deterioration of inter-Korean relations was too great a loss for the future of the country.

Judging to have succeeded in stopping the progress of national reunification and inter-Korean reconciliation, the forces behind it have now begun to secretly and persistently seek to solve new tasks. In other words, they were trying to forcefully resolve the deteriorated relationship between Korea and Japan. Their influence was allowed to develop the logic that Japanese domination of the Korean Peninsula provided the basis for Korea's industrial development. This was ridiculous.

Most of the major industrial facilities, such as electricity and mechanical chemistry, were built in North Korea, and even the poor consumer goods industrial facilities in South Korea were devastated by the Civil War.

It was not the only one. Japanese accounted for 90% of the authorized capital of industrial facilities left by Japanese imperialism, and only 10% was Korean. Even after liberation, those industrial facilities were not handed over to Korean businessmen for a while.

Additionally, the proportion of engineers among Koreans was significantly less than 10%, including apprentices. Even the poor industrial facilities left by Japanese imperialism were lacking in engineers.

Above all, during the Japanese colonial period, the number of people who left the Korean Peninsula reached 5 million, more than a quarter of the population. If Japanese imperialism had achieved the industrialization of the Korean Peninsula, such huge refugees would not have occurred. In fact, when liberation was achieved, the absolute majority of those who left their homeland abandoned the Japanese army and returned home.

However, they were stubborn. In addition to advocating Japanese rule, they also advocated Japanese military sexual slavery and forced labor as voluntary. The group behind the work we are seeing now is the result of the forces behind it.

The forces behind it move in secret. One-on-one approach is the principle. And according to their will, they entice them as if great benefits would follow. However, they often turn a blind eye when necessary. They are only good at mouthing. Those who had been sincerely worried about the future of the nation, the nation, and the people until one day, but suddenly changed, were deceived by the forces behind them.

For your information, I drew attention by creating a report that warned in advance of the Jang Young-ja incident in 1982. Some misunderstood that it was a secret intelligence I had learned directly from the Blue House, even though it was only by checking statistical indicators. It was reasonable that at the time, I was often called to the Blue House because I worked as a working assistant in developing the fifth five-year economic development plan. As a result, I appeared to be regarded as an important figure by those who were gathering information.
