Choi Sung-hae, former president of Dongyang University, said this to his confidant after hearing something from Lee Nak-yeon's primary camp. The time was July 5, 2021.

This is two months before the Daejangdong (manipulation) incident.
But Choi Sung-hae already knew what was going to happen.

I suspect Jung Un-hyun, who was already working on a meticulous "Killing Lee Jae-myung Project" and how it might have gone to Choi Seong-hae... (Maybe he gave Choi an open empathy to the police.)
