1. The platform is too old.
It has been 10 years since the skateboard platform was released. Other automakers could not keep up with the platform at the time, but the platform did not change much and only focused on updating the internal computer, Tesla HW, and software.

Although there were minor changes in hardware, it was more of a fist-bump change than an improvement (either removing and putting the radar back in), and it failed to provide convenience features provided by other companies in a timely manner, such as Around View.

Unlike Tesla, which quickly encounters limitations due to lack of motor and battery thermal management, the e-gmp has no thermal management problems even after a few laps around the track.

In terms of hardware alone, Tesla is no longer a top-tier company.

2. There is a limited number of vehicles.
There are only Cybertrucks on S, X, 3 and Y. This was enough in the days when Tesla was the most advanced company, and where do you have electric cars.

Now, however, electric vehicles from Korean, Chinese companies, and existing European automakers, even though their performance is low, are providing cars in areas that Tesla cannot provide.

Is there a Tesla EV that Rivian can replace Cybertruck but can replace EV9?

3. It does not provide a differentiated value.
Hardware is lagging behind, and few countries can use FSD. Autopilot is now at the level of most electric vehicles. Autopilot may have the highest level of completion, but it is enough to use the driving assistance functions of other companies.

Superchargers are said to be convenient, but the CCS1 at 350kw is faster. In addition, the charging environment for other charging providers is convenient enough. An increasing number of companies are supporting PNCs, in which case the charger recognizes the vehicle and starts charging immediately
The difference with Shucha is that it adds one more step to choose whether it is PNC or not. And, as I said earlier, the charger charging speed of 350kw CCS1 is faster than Shucha.

So why should I buy a Tesla electric car that has a bad ride, and the hardware is outdated?

For Tesla to rebound, it needs hardware improvements and a variety of models. But Tesla is not able to do that. Because the production structure itself is geared toward mass production of small products.

So I think Tesla's rebound in the future is a long way off for a while.
